Odds are good: the 2025 draw issued permits to 0-point applicants in ALL 18 units, so 0–1 points draws most units. Points cost $25 and expire after 5 years unless you keep applying. You pick a primary unit + one adjacent, with weapon choice; groups up to 5 draw at the lowest member's points.
